Ok, new issue...
The Radio Bob site playlist function is NOT working for me so i can't grab it for you.
AND i refuse to listen and note down his show tonight, maybe tomorrow if Radio Bob doesn't fix itself.
So no playlist from me yet, sorry.

HOWEVER on the bright side, i DID get to listen in today!
YAY!
I DID fall alseep again toward the end though.

But it was a great show and he sounds so happy/relaxed.
I'm so happy he is taking a year break.
This break will serve him well for many years to come, both mentally and physically.
Do whatever needs to be done, to put things right again Tobi.

This end of year rush/madness is really taking a toll on me and stealing the last of my patience.
For one of the very few times in my life, i have no Christmas cheer at all.
NONE!
ME!!!!!!!!
How did that happen?


In fact, i can't wait for it all to be over with.
This year has been, by far, the worst year of my life and i've had some doozies!
2017 can go fuck itself with a gloved fist of broken glass.


I did hear quite a few amazing songs though.
Not to mention my magical song.
I know you don't play any of it for me but i'm going to say thank you anyway, as it always puts a smile on my face.


The playlist was/looks fantastic.

Sadly, I won't be able to listen in tomorrow. I'm visiting family and there's no way I'm going to hide somewhere for 3 hours to listen to a radio show in a language I can't even understand

But I really like routines and I've strongly latched onto this one for the last 5 months without missing any. I just really really love hearing Tobi's voice once a week Will somebody please be able to send me a recording of it so I can soothe myself with it later? I'll appreciate it so much!!! It's ok if it's not possible though.

sometimes I get this feeling, that Tobi is listening in to the coversations, me and a friend are haveing while listening to his show.

I was jsut telling my friend that Geoff Tate was playing at my favourit location but I couldn't go. The next song that Tobi plays is "Best I Can" by Queensrÿche...

So our coversation goes on and we mention King Diamond and I literally say "If Tobi's playing him today..." and not 2 minutes later, He does it!

so either Tobi can sens what we're talking about, or we've just listend to the show too many times and can subconsiously predict what he's gonna play

I woke up in time but fell back asleep and missed the first 25 minutes.
Then hit record anyway to get what i could.
Only to find out now that there are some faults with the recording as i wasn't able to listen in as i had a last minute appointment change this morning.
Sorry.

But HOPEFULLY i know of someone that recorded the show and i'll ask them for a copy to post in here for both of you.
In the mean time, i'll try and fix the crappy version that my laptop recorded, just in case.

Silly me, thinking this year would end any differently by something as simple as recordng the TSRS going smoothly.
What was i thinking?!

Like i mentioned above, i wasn't able to listen in BUT reading the playlist i'm super excited to play catch up as there are so many songs in there that i simply love and play weekly myself!

I can't wait to play catch up.

I almost died of laughter when they said that.
I wish i had it in me to be creepy.

Or better yet, buy that special someone a gorgeous plant that blossoms every year rather than a bunch of cheap imported roses that are overpriced and only last a few days!

In my oppinion, valantines day is the worst.... I've enaught trouble getting through february as it is, having everyone acting crazy olny makes it worse....

I know, I sound really bitter but I just can't stand this time of year...

I don't mind the whole V-Day thing.
I'm all for showing love.
It only makes me sad when they spend the rest of the year not showing it or hating on each other but then come V-Day, it's all about gifts, fancy dinners and bullshit.
It's like those Facebook couples that constantly post lovey-dovey messages to each other for all to see but their nearest and dearest know they are close to breaking up because they are at each other's throats or looking elsewhere for love.
The grand illusion of what love is supposed to be, played out for all to see.


Quite frankly the perfect gift in my mind is quality time spent together.
A delicious home cooked meal or your favourite take out and endless snuggles, preferably under a starlit sky.
Ohhh, throw in a slow dance under those stars and I’m done!
I've never understood the concept of ‘they must love me because they spend money on me’.
But to each their own i guess.


But it does sadden me that so many flowers will die just so people can get laid.
