The second last post on page 73 has been updated with this week's show, #188.
I didn't get to listen in today.
Not because i was busy, i had actually planned to have an easy day and listen in BUT i was drugged up and fast asleep.
I slept though my alarm.
My beloved nephew, of whom i simply adore and he didn't mean to hurt me, thought it would be funny to play a trick on Aunty and hit the lever to drop my office chair while i was sitting in it and teaching him to play Subnautica on Tuesday.
Needless to say, the small jolt jarred my spine and I haven't been able to walk more than a few steps at a time since.
It's going to take a few more days for the acute pain to settle down, i guess.
*sigh*
AND somehow (i spoil him rotten, i know

), he ended up with me buying him his own Subnautica and leaving him one of my my Xbox One controllers to keep playing.
He is such a gorgeous, little rascal!
ANYWAY, i'll play catch up.
The playlist looks lovely.
Lou.......
Ohhhhh Lou!

Tara told me, Lollilegs, that you love feeding the birds in your garden, which is so beautiful.
I love that sort of thing and do the same.
Our fruit trees are now solely for the birds, possums and bats.
Bird baths and seeds.
A healthy and lively garden is so important for metal health, i believe.
Butterflies, dragonflies, bees, ladybugs, lizards, frogs, snakes, spiders and all sorts of living creatures living in sync.
From the tiniest to the biggest.
A little sanctuary of serenity.
It's so important to connect to mother nature and all her creations to recharge, for me at least.
I can't tell you how energised i feel meditating against a tree (yes, i hug trees and talk to them) or by water.
Anyway, have an amazing week all.
Tobi, thanks for doing what you do and like always, be safe.
I'll try tune in next week.
