as a french guy, I can't say really objectively, but he seems to speak very well english with a good accent, comparing to other german people I've heard.

but an anglophone person would be better than me to say it

Tobi does have an accent. You can tell he's not english for sure. He's accent isn't to strong, but you can definatly tell he's german.

Tobias has a beautiful speaking voice. His accent isn't too strong but he speaks with such class, he uses big words, very gentle, soft spoken, different when on stage haha. A voice that you would hear in a 'Lord of the Rings' movie, that type feel to it..
can be intimidating at times.
Everything I thought Tobias was in my mind, he was in person.. a very nice, compassionate guy.

Same opinion as Ioen : as a french Savage, i can't tell that Tobi as a hard German accent but what strikes me the most is his ability to talk very quickly in english without searching his words... He must have a uncredibly vocabulary dictionnary in mind !!!!

Well I think his accent sounds quite nice, like every German who doesn't have a very "strong" accent.

As a person living in an English speaking country, I can tell you that while he sings, his accent is minimal, next to none. When he talks it is another matter, but his accent is very small while he sings.
