It was so damn awesome. And even that isn't an accurate description of the show. Everyone was on fire through the whole show

Dying For an Angel (Tobi/Michi)

Don't know why but this stands out most from the setlist to me. How did it sound?

Hooooo man that's a nice setlist. I'm disappointed about the amount of repeated songs and the lack of new ones, but hell, that's still awesome.

If they could take Stargazers away and put JTA instead, this setlist would be near perfect!

Agreed... Stargazers is not one of my favorites. I also think Angel of Babylon and Scales of Justice would be killer live tracks.

It sounded really good with Michael singing Klaus' parts. I kind of like hearing Michael sing lower for a change. Tobi always makes him do the ultra high parts which Michael doesn't usually sing anymore.

Though he did still manage to nail the high notes in the older songs. It's just that Tobi never seems to utilize Michael's whole voice at times.

They should have switched The Story Ain't over for Cry Just a Little, Farewell for What Kind of Love and The Toy Master for a song from the new albums like Angel of Babylon or Scales of Justice or an old Kai song. I say that 12 repeated songs is a bit much for something as rare as an Avantasia tour. But, it is still a great setlist
