Since my last post..
Van Canto - Hero
Celesty - Vendetta
(both about three times)
Edguy - Mandrake
Kamelot - Epica
Avantasia - The Scarecrow
Blackmore's Night - Village Lanterne
Freedom Call - Eternity
the Used - Lies for the Liars

I'm really amazed I can listen to so much music in only a few days xD

Freedom Call - Eternity

Gamma Ray - To The Metal

Been listening to scattered tracks from it very frequently this past week, but there were a few front-to-back listens in there as well. Favourite tracks so far are All You Need To Know and Rise, though Deadlands has swiftly grown on me.

Fozzy - Chasing The Grail

The Little Band That Could. I mean, who expected that a band who started out doing exclusively covers, and fronted by a professional wrestler (teetering veeeery close to the gimmick line, there, but Chris is actually a great singer) would actually be quite a powerhouse? This album's great, and pretty diverse - you've got the groovy heavy metal on most tracks, some modern rock balladry, and a surprisingly epic closing track with thick shades of Dream Theater in the mix.

I agree. This new album is great and quite an improvement over the last couple in my opinion! :) 8)

Charred Walls Of The Damned - Charred Walls Of The Damned

My first listen to Ripper's latest work, and it makes me excited for his song with Tobi all the more. The album itself is surprisingly good - Ripper's shrieking all over the place, the riffs and drum structures are borderline death metal at times, but it never loses its keen ear for melody.
